Comparing The Walrus M1 Mkii to the Monumental Stereo Tremolo

I fell in love with the  @walrusaudioeffects  Mako Series M1 modulation multi-effects box a few years back. It was my first real foray into modulation pedals (maybe you knew that from the podcast episode on modulation: https://youtu.be/IjWRp9gn86Q). I used it all over my first Swallowed by Sound album “Y2023” for its chorus, tremolo, and lo-fo settings.

I loved it so much that I bought their Julianna stereo chorus and the Monumental stereo tremolo and said adios to the M1. Well done you ever really say goodbye to something or just “see you in the next life”?
