There’s a whole lotta buzz surrounding the Meris Enzo X, buzz that is quite warranted. Meris took their award winning box and UI platform first introduced by the LVX Modular Stereo Delay, then followed by the MercuryX Modular Stereo Reverb, and gave us a suped-up powerhouse of a synth/pedal based on the ever popular Enzo pedal.

Not simply just an upgrade to the Enzo, the Enzo X is truly its own machine. Aside from sharing the platform with the other X pedals, and a few well-placed parameters in the various modules, the Enzo X feels lime a brand new, from the ground up device. It turns any incoming signal (via 1/4” inputs OR MIDI) into a highly tunable, 6-voice polyphonic synth. Dual oscillators, filters, enveloped, ambience, drive, modulation, sequences, modifiers…it’s wild what this can do.

The question though is, “how hard is it to use and make a preset”? We’re here to answer that question, and the answer is, probably a lot easier than you think.

If you know the LVX/MercuryX platform, then you know how this works. If you don’t, the layout is so logical and user friendly that it becomes second nature in no time!
