Can the Walrus Qi Etherealizer Compete with the Microcosm?

I’ve been a longtime fan of the  @HologramElectronics  Microcosm, and while I haven’t made too many videos with it, it remains one of my desert island pedals; one I don’t think I’ll ever get rid of! Why? Simply because it does what it does unlike anything else I’ve come across. Sure, other pedals, like the  @ChaseBlissAudio  Mood Mkii, or  @MatthewsEffects  Technician come close, but it seems up until now, close was all there was. Nothing could best my mighty microcosm! (I recently watched #GladiatorII on a plane, hence my verbiage paunted in rhetoric of ancient days.)

Well along comes the  @walrusaudioeffects  Qi Etherealizer, a signature pedal and collaboration with  @yvetteyoungmusic  , and I must say…this is the closest we’ve come yet! Don’t take my word for it! Take a listen and let me know what you think. Did the Qi come closer? Did it win in your ears? Let’s hear it. I want to know!
