Often our favorite effects go unnoticed on this channel, and I think it has more to do with being enamored and lost with a particular box’s ability to pull creativity out of us. Not simply a “plug & play,” or “set it and forget it” kind of thing, these effects grab our attention, and don’t let go. Such is the case with the  @collisiondevices  Black Hole Symmetry.

Not just A fuzz, reverb, and delay, the Black Hole Symmetry is an awe-inspiring, universe expanding (or imploding) creative tool that embodies the “whole is greater than the sum of its parts”…or more apropos, the “(black) hole is greater…”

The designers at CD have made a pedal equally at home on your desk as it is on a pedalboard. Equal parts functional and aesthetic, with both clearly in mind during the design process and neither overlooked.

In this video, Paul runs through the 3 elements of the Black Hole Symmetry, each worthy of their own enclosure, and then brings it all to life at the end as they all come together, coalescing into one massive void of universal space.
